The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) opened Ganaraska Forest trails for the season on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, for users with a valid day pass or membership.
Updates to the Ganaraska Conservation Online Store
Day Passes for all activities in the Ganaraska Forest will become available from the Ganaraska Conservation Online Store the night before the May 1st opening.
In an effort to streamline the sign-up process, new users and those renewing will now receive their Member Card / Day Pass and Parking Pass attached to the purchase confirmation email received from the online store. The design of the parking pass has changed but valid, Ganaraska Forest parking passes will still be accepted.
For users looking to access the Forest, please purchase a Membership or Day Pass by visiting the Ganaraska Conservation Online Store at https://store.ganaraskaconservation.ca/. For Day Passes only, please visit the gatehouse kiosk of the Ganaraska Forest Centre, located at 10585 Cold Springs Camp Rd., Campbellcroft, ON.
Memberships and Day Passes may be carried on a mobile device or printed, while parking passes should be printed and displayed on the dashboard of your highway vehicle.
For assistance, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions and Support Information in the Online Store or call the GRCA during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 905.885.8173.
Reminder, GRCA properties and the Ganaraska Forest are open from dawn until dusk each day.

Ganaraska Forest Trails Update
Please exercise caution on trails, as there are still trail blockages and debris throughout the Forest after the ice storms and severe weather earlier in April. GRCA staff continue to work to clear Ganaraska Forest trails, when weather and ground conditions permit.
Watch for overhead hazards and report trail blockages to volunteer@grca.on.ca with an approximate location. Screenshots from the Field Maps app, using the Ganaraska Forest Trails Map, and what3words app can help staff locate blockages more quickly.
